What does the company do? What products/services do you offer?
AGent Plus Solutions LLC provides affordable, naturally derived cleaning solutions that offer safe, lasting protection. AGent+ Cleaner & Protectants have harnessed the antimicrobial power of copper & silver to naturally protect against cross-contamination of E coli, Staphylococcus aureus, MRSA, etc.
When used as directed, AGent+ will treat hard and semi-porous surfaces such as tables, counter-tops, ceramic fixtures, glazed tile, and plastics. As a household and commercial solution, AGent+ Cleaner & Protectants can be used to protect most surfaces around the home, office, and high traffic areas.
AGent+ is not a disinfectant or sanitizer, rather it is a Protectant than cleans. The products contain an antimicrobial that inhibits the growth and migration of stain and odor causing bacteria, mold and mildew on the product/surface to which it is applied.
In addition to the AGent+ Cleaner & Protectants, AGent+ Solutions can provide risk assessment tools and reporting. Through risk assessment, participating organizations can detect the presence of contaminants and have a documented record of risk.

AGent+ cleans the surface and creates a protective barrier of copper and silver nanoparticles.
Copper and silver ions are released from the oxidized nanoparticles.
The ions inhibit the metabolism of the bacteria and prevents reproduction, thus destroying the bacteria. The used ions are naturally replenished and ready to take on more germs!

Why did you start your company? How has the company evolved?
Jeffery Lord is the inventor and co-founder of AGent+ Solutions LLC.
Nearly ten years ago, the idea started with antimicrobial applications to keep packaging and boxes clean. In time, the solution evolved into a naturally derived, bio-renewable, water-based protectant and cleaning solution.
Jeffery knew the technology existed to make the world a safer place and created a solution to a long-lasting problem. The US Patent was awarded in 2018 and the Canadian patent was awarded in 2019.
What is your favorite thing about your job and/or the company?
There many highs and lows as an inventor. Jeffery enjoys the ability to control his own destiny and has overcome many obstacles in the way of his innovation. He feels that his innovation is more important than ever before and can make the world a safer place.
Why do you work out of an incubator? And more importantly, why the Whitewater University Innovation Center?
AGent+ Solutions won the People’s Choice Award in the 2020 Governors Business Plan Contest and received an in-kind membership to the Whitewater University Innovation Center. AGent+ Solutions joined in July 2020. View 2020 BPC Presentation.
Jeffery attended the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater and has many connections throughout the community. It is as if everything came full circle.
Jeffery had explored various incubator and accelerators in the area. However, with his unique products, many of the tech-focused, scalable accelerators where not the right fit. Jeffrey had always wanted to be part of an incubator to get beyond his office, share ideas with others, and be surrounded by ingenuity.
What was your company's latest and greatest achievement?
